Third-Party Booking Policy

If you booked through Booking.com, Expedia.com, or any other third-party service, modifications must be made with that service directly. We encourage you to book with us directly for the most flexibility for your stay and situation.

Reservation Policies

A cancellation made within 24 hours of the start of the reservation will be charged the first night’s room charges plus taxes. The start time of the reservation is 3:00pm on the day of the reservation.

Rarely, a reservation may have cause to be categorized as non-refundable. Any non-refundable reservations will be charged the full amount on the first day of the reservation. This charge is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation for any reason.

Check-In & Check-Out Policies

Check-in time is from 3:00pm to 10:00pm. If you are arriving later than 10:00pm, please contact the hotel directly to arrange for a late arrival and check-in.

Check out time is 11:00am. Late check-out is 12:00pm and a late check out fee of $20 will be charged. Check-out beyond this period will be subject to the full charges of an additional day’s stay.

If you have a large vehicle or trailer, please confirm parking availability at your earliest convenience. We have a large rear lot that can accommodate a variety of situations.

Pet Policy

Pets are always welcome at Gettysburg Inn & Suites. A fee of $15 per pet, per day, will be charged at the time of your arrival. Undeclared pets will incur the original pet fee and charges for cleaning and damage.

Housekeeping Policy

We offer stay-over cleaning every third day of your stay when applicable. If you require housekeeping services outside of our standard service, please inquire at the front desk.

General Policies

Gettysburg Inn & Suites is a smoke free facility. Violations are subject to a $200 fine and additional cleaning fees will be accessed based on damage.

Gettysburg Inn & Suites, it’s management, employees, or any other person or entity directly or indirectly associated with the Gettysburg Inn & Suites in Gettysburg, SD are not to be held responsible for valuables left unattended in rooms or elsewhere on the property.

While we welcome everyone to have a safe, enjoyable, and accommodating stay at our hotel, Gettysburg Inn & Suites is a privately owned establishment, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Use of the any appliance, feature, or recreational facility at the Gettysburg Inn & Suites shall be entirely at the risk of the user who assumes sole responsibility for their use. Rules regarding their use have been clearly established and posted, and all persons shall be responsible for understanding and following such rules.

You are responsible for any damage to your room(s) and hotel furnishings during your stay.

Peak season rates are applicable in times of high demand.

All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
